I started CI Auto Detail for one big reason - I just love cars.

What began as an obsession with cars from a young age grew into a deep passion, going from a part-time job at a body shop to wanting to own my own someday. Chemical knowledge of industry standard interior and exterior materials led to a very deep respect for the engineers behind it all, and a desire to make their work shine.

Being based in Iowa, I know what vehicles go through. The weather here already doesn't treat daily drivers very nice - added onto it is that most people simply don't have time to professionally clean their cars, leading to a slow and painful death for the leather, plastic, and metal that keeps them moving.

Working at the best body shop this side of the country taught me one key thing; presentation matters. When you just get your car repaired, it should look nice, too. That's where I learned to never compromise, and always treat every car I work on like it's my own.

I always try to pay attention to the small things. If the most minimal of crevices are cared for in a car, then the customer doesn't even have to worry about the rest - they'll know it's covered for a fair price every time.

Trust matters too. When someone hands over their vehicle, that’s not something I take lightly. I'm not here to yank you around or abuse your faith in me - I do the job you want right, every time, at the price I promise and never sway.

At the end of the day, I love cars, and that's the drive. I get to have a job where I'm allowed to be around the thing that I love every day, and that does something to you - it focuses you. I'm ready for anything that gets thrown at me, and I'm ecstatic to get out of bed in the morning knowing this is what I get to do.
